What this website keeps about you, and what it does not.
Who is responsible
This website belongs to Rebel B.V. (Hotel de Lange Jammer), Pioniersstraat 15, 8244 PD Lelystad, company register (KvK) 39096065. Nurani builds and hosts the site for us and processes only what is described below. Questions about privacy go to info@delangejammer.nl or +31 320 260 415.
Visitor numbers
We count visits with Umami, on servers in Europe. Umami sets no cookies and keeps no identifier of you: we see how many people view which page, not who. That is why this site does not ask for cookie consent.
Technical data
To keep the site safe and available, the servers record technical data on a visit, such as your IP address and browser. We use it only for security and to fix faults.
Forms, e-mail and telephone
This website has no forms. E-mails and calls go straight to the hotel.
Booking
When you click Book now, you go to the online booking system the hotel uses. What you enter there is processed by that system for the hotel. This website does not see it.
Map and links
The map on the contact page is an image on this site. Google Maps opens only when you click Route. Links to Booking.com and Google take you to those sites, with their own privacy rules.
Your rights
You may ask us which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@delangejammer.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
